Healthy soups recipe: The winter market is full of all kinds of vegetables. You can easily get fresh vegetables of different colors at your fingertips. So here we will make three healthy soups at home.

Chicken-cabbage soup

Method: Lightly fry minced garlic in butter in a pan. It should be fry for a while with the chicken meat cut into cubes. Add carrots and salt to taste. It should be boil with water as require. When the chicken and carrot are cook, add cabbage to it. Boil for a while and add light soy sauce, white pepper powder to taste, sugar, and salt and leave for a while. If you like salt more, you can also give raw chili powder during cooking. When serving, spread the vinegar-raw chili mixture on top and serve.

Pea soup

Ingredients: 2 cups of peas, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, pepper or raw chili to taste, 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese powder, lemon juice to taste, half a teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil As needed. (healthy soups recipe)

Method:  Boil the vegetable stock well with peas and garlic. Before unloading, mix coriander leaves and take them out of the oven and let them cool down a bit. Blend in a blender. Now put the peas blended with olive oil in the pan. Now mix salt, sugar, black pepper powder or raw chili powder, parmesan cheese powder and lemon juice to taste and boil. Potato-corn soup (healthy soups recipe)

Ingredients: 2 cups of potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes), 1 cup of corn kernels (peel from medium-sized corn), 1 cube of chicken, 1 tbsp of flour, half a cup of liquid milk, pepper to taste, 1.5 tbsp of butter, salt To taste, water as needed and to decorate the onion leaves.

Method: Mix chicken cubes in water and boil potatoes and corn kernels well. Potatoes should be halve in that water. Then heat the butter in another pot. Make a thick white sauce by mixing liquid milk with fried flour. Gently mix the boiled potatoes and corn with water, salt to taste, and pepper powder well. When it boils, take it down to the desired density. Top with chopped onion leaves and a little lemon juice and serve hot.
