  • 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
  • 1/6 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions for Mixed Chinese fried rice

1. Rinse the rice well and drain the water. Now let the water heat up in the pot. When the water is hot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil to the rice.

2. When the rice is 80% -90% cook, pour it in a sieve, drain the water and wash it with cold water.

3. Then mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper with the chicken. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. (Chinese fried rice)

4. Fry the eggs in oil in a pan and place them on a plate. Now fry the remaining oil in a pan with ginger and garlic. When the raw feeling of ginger and garlic is gone, add marinate chicken and shrimp.
